Hey, I'm Otilia, Founder & Digital Consultant at Tilia.
I didn't learn this from a textbook. I learned it the way most business owners do — by doing, making mistakes, spending money in the wrong places and figuring out what actually works. That experience is exactly what I bring to every client project. I know what it feels like to invest in your business and not see results, which is why I'm obsessive about making sure everything I build for you is strategic, purposeful and genuinely worth it.
I hold a Master's degree in Marketing and New Media, which gave me the theoretical foundations — but it's the years of hands-on work across web design, branding, email marketing and digital strategy that shaped how I work today. I've built websites on Wix and Shopify, designed brand identities from scratch, set up MailerLite automation sequences, and helped clients across multiple industries finally feel confident about their online presence.
Today, Tilia is where I work with solopreneurs and small service businesses who are ready to show up online in a way that reflects the quality of what they actually do.
